According to the military, Pakistan continued its drone assault campaign across border regions late into the night. Drones were spotted and countered in key areas including Jammu, Samba, Pathankot, Firozpur, Fazilka, Jaisalmer, Barmer, and others. Some explosions were reported in Jammu and South Kashmir, triggering alarms and causing power outages in parts of the Union Territory. In Firozpur, Punjab, a civilian family member was seriously injured when an armed drone struck a residential area. Authorities confirmed that the injured received medical care and the area was thoroughly searched by security forces. To protect the public, local mosques in Srinagar used loudspeakers to urge residents to turn off lights as a precaution. Counter-drone systems were deployed across the affected regions, and Indian forces remained on high alert, actively monitoring and responding to all aerial threats. A senior military officer confirmed that the drones posed a potential threat to both civilian and military targets. The coordinated attack covered areas such as Baramulla, Srinagar, Awantipora, Nagrota, Jammu, Firozpur, Pathankot, Fazilka, Lalgarh Jatta, Jaisalmer, Barmer, Bhuj, Kuarbet, and Lakhi Nala. Civilians, especially those in border regions, have been advised to stay indoors, limit unnecessary movement, and follow all safety instructions issued by local authorities.
